一、废旧钢筋切断机用途：
钢筋下料机是一款专用于钢筋下短节料头的设备，主要用于废料回炉前的加工。
钢筋下料机由电动机、变速箱、减速机、钢筋放料口、以及机身等组成
钢筋下料机由电动机启动经三角带带动减速机转动，再由减速机经链轮传动变速箱运转使切刀持续工作，以达到切断钢筋的作用。
该机型为自动下料，即材料自动掉落，效率极高。
采用双机头，可同时下料，一台机器双倍效率。
机器主要构造
该机由行走轮组、转动结构、机体、离合装置、刀头、刀座等组成。
传动系统、电动机带，传动使大皮带轮转动，而在同一轴上的连轴齿轮与大齿轮吻合，轴连轴齿轮又与曲轴游动大齿轮吻合，传递给曲轴的扭动力带动剪切连杆，推动剪刀刀座进行剪切.
